EMS's Value-Add
EMS's value-add is the installation of quality devices and equipment from our principals. Installation is in accordance with the principals' recommendation and requirement. The importance of consistent quality and economic installation is very important to the systems proper and durable functioning.
Installation Considerations
A great factor in proper installation is in the quality and safety systems that EMS has in place. In this regard EMS has formalised and certified quality and safety systems in place. EMS is well aware that whilst it is important to have quality management systems in place, the situation at the installation front-end can be a very different matter. In this regard, EMS has the ConQuas21 system in place to ensure Right First Time processes.
IT Infrastructure Monitoring System
At EMS we carry the AVNET System for Infrastructure Monitoring. The system monitors temperature, humidity, electricity failures, room access and various building functionalities. Violation notifications are through alarms, SMS, emails, Email-to-SMS, and through Visual and audible alarms. Part of the system are in-house developed and programmed. We have so far implemented them in data centers and computer rooms to great success. There is also potential for production floor monitoring.
