Raphael Teo
Chairman
With more than 32 years of experience in ICT, Raphael is providing broad advisory to the management on the company’s growth and procurement of management talents. Raphael is responsible for setting the overall directions for the group companies.
Garies Chong
Chief Executive Officer
Currently, a district chair of BICSI Southeast Asia and with 25 years of experience in ICT & data center. Garies is responsible for the daily operations of the group companies and setting directions and leadership for the expansion and diversification plans following the company’s 30th anniversary in 2020.
Michael Luke
Chief Financial Officer
Joined the company in 2018 as Corporate Advisor and subsequently appointed as CFO to implement prudent financial directives and guidance to ensure integrity and efficiency in the finance department and to support the board members in setting their directions for the group’s growth and diversification plans. Michael is also currently a Certified Fraud Examiner, a Fellow at Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and a Financial Expert Witness at Asia Pacific Institute of Experts who had provided advisories to several public companies listed on exchanges in Singapore, Malaysia, China and Australia.
Dr Lucas Kwa
Chief Operating Officer
With more than 20 years of experience ICT industry providing consultancy and turnkey solutions on office IT renovation & relocation, network infrastructure upgrade and migration, project planning & coordination, managing of IT projects, amongst others. Lucas also oversees the performances of the sales & operating departments of the regional offices and the enforcement of operational rules and regulations. For the past 10 over years, he has established good regional partnerships and alliances for the company in the Asia Pacific and Oceanic regions.
