EMS Team Visits Panduit’s Fiber Optic Laboratory & Manufacturing Plant in Wuxi, China

At EMS, we believe that delivering world-class infrastructure solutions begins with continuous learning and strong technology partnerships. As part of our commitment to staying at the forefront of the industry, members of the EMS team recently had the privilege of visiting Panduit’s Fiber Optic Laboratory and Manufacturing Plant in Wuxi, China.

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Panduit for the invitation and for providing our team with this invaluable opportunity to experience their world-class facilities firsthand.

The visit offered an in-depth look into the complete lifecycle of fiber optic solutions, from precision manufacturing and stringent quality control processes to advanced product validation and performance testing. Witnessing these capabilities firsthand gave our team a deeper understanding of the engineering excellence, innovation, and quality standards that ensure the reliability of Panduit’s fiber infrastructure solutions.

One of the key highlights of the visit was touring the Fiber Optic Laboratory, where we observed the rigorous testing procedures used to validate product performance under real-world conditions. These comprehensive testing processes reinforce the importance of reliability, consistency, and long-term performance, qualities that are increasingly critical as businesses continue to invest in high-speed networks, hyperscale data centres, AI infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives.

Beyond the technical insights, the visit provided an excellent platform for meaningful discussions with the Panduit team. We exchanged ideas on emerging industry trends, evolving customer requirements, and best practices in structured cabling and data centre infrastructure. These conversations further strengthened the partnership between EMS and Panduit and reaffirmed our shared commitment to delivering innovative and future-ready solutions for our customers.

The experience also extended beyond the manufacturing floor. Through shared meals, local cultural experiences, and informal networking opportunities, our teams were able to build stronger relationships that go beyond business. These moments reinforce an important belief that successful partnerships are built not only through technology, but also through trust, collaboration, and shared experiences.

As digital infrastructure continues to evolve at an unprecedented pace, EMS remains committed to investing in knowledge, developing our people, and collaborating closely with leading technology partners such as Panduit. Experiences like these enable our team to bring valuable technical expertise and industry best practices back to our customers, ensuring that every solution we deliver is built on a foundation of quality, reliability, and innovation.

We would once again like to thank Panduit for their warm hospitality and generous support throughout the visit. We look forward to many more opportunities to collaborate as we continue building the future of connected infrastructure together.
